LAS VEGAS, Nev., September 2, 2008 - HRSnap! announces the new Recruiting-In-A-Box product that makes it easy and affordable to deploy and own a full featured applicant tracking and recruiting system.
Using the new Hewlett-Packard s3500t Slimiline personal computer with Intel(R) processor, HRSnap! is providing a plug-and -play HR appliance that will allow companies to put their jobs online and take applications and CVs in a matter of minutes.
Facilitating the ease of deployment is HRSnap! in either the Essential Edition, or the Recruiting Management Edition. Each edition features a built-in application, web, and database server, eliminating the tedious and costly IT resources typically needed to set up a new human resources system.

Already one of the most affordable full featured recruiting and applicant tracking systems on the market, HRSnap! will include the HR appliance at the same price point at which the software previously sold.
Sales of the new HR appliance will begin in mid-September and delivery of the first systems will start around the week of October 1.
"Besides making the HRSnap! software even more affordable and less taxing on customer IT resources, the Recruiting-In-A-Box allows us to reduce customization costs of the online system because the systems are staged in our lab and built using an assembly-line methodology,” said Alan Carver, Vice President of Customer Services. "By staging the systems in house and delivering them only when the customer is satisfied with the look and structure of the system and data, it drastically reduces the cost of deployment," he added.
HRSnap! is a unique product because it is a self contained HR application, web server, and database server that runs on a desktop PC computer connected to the Internet. Running on a desktop computer with Microsoft Windows, the program can be customized to match the customer's website, and works with every major web browser on the market, running on any operating system.
HRSnap! has been installed in over 100 customer sites since November, 2007.
